Krásná hora | Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker Notes

The grapes were from two different clones and were hand harvested from two different vineyards. Three different fermentation methods were used. Part was fermented in stainless steel tanks, part in an oak barrel and part fermented with skins.

Tasting Notes

The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is perfectly balanced and full. The aroma is known for citrus, herbs and passion fruit. The taste is distinctive and long. The pleasant refreshing acid goes hand in hand with the creamy softness of maturing in oak barrels.

Suggested Pairings

This bright, dry wine stands on its own, but can easily be paired with fresh salads, fish, pasta, chicken and turkey with semi‐strong sauces. Should be served between 50‐54 degrees Fahrenheit and can be stored for 3‐5 years.
