Pinot Gris from three different vineyards and three different clones of this variety.

Tasting Notes

Pinot Gris has a pleasant aroma of flowers and vanilla, which are based on different methods of fermentation. One-fifth of the wine was fermented in oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks, which resulted in balanced creamy-fruity flavors.

Suggested Pairings

Terrific with seafood and pasta dishes, vegetarian food, and chicken (fried, roasted, grilled). Serve between 50-54 degrees Fahrenheit. This wine can be kept for 3-5 years.
