Winemaker Notes

Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulfites.

Tasting Notes

Bright yellow with tinges of green, on the nose this wine expresses a range of aromas including stone fruit with hints of herbal tones. This medium-bodied wine showcases the Moravia wine region of the Czech Republic to perfection. It shows exquisite balance of fully ripe grapes with just a touch of oak to give it a softer, rounder structure and added complexity, followed by a long, refreshing finish thanks to the mouth-watering acidity.

Suggested Pairings

This bright, dry wine stands on its own, but can easily be paired with fresh salads, fish, pasta, chicken and turkey with semi‐strong sauces. Should be served between 50‐54 degrees Fahrenheit and can be stored for 3‐5 years.
