Winemaker Notes

Hand harvested at two different times of harvest to achieve different ripeness. Vinification was 35% fermented on the skins in big open casks for one month, 10% in used French oak and 55% fermented in tanks. Blended after 4 months on the lees.

Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulfites.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale lemon-green in color, the nose expresses a pronounced bouquet of grapefruit and jasmine, that simply jumps out of the glass. Flavors of green apple and lime. This wine is a perfect representation of what the Moravia region of the Czech Republic is capable of. Racy, mouthwatering acidity gives freshness and liveliness to this elegantly structured wine which has a fantastically long finish.
