Winemaker Notes

Hand harvested at three different times of harvest to achieve different ripeness. Vinification was 35% fermented on the skins in big open casks for one month, 20% in 500l oak barrels and 45% fermented in tanks.

Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulfites.

Tasting Notes

Amazing balance in acidity and sugar to give the right amount of weight and finishing bone dry, with that characteristic Riesling zing. Super delicious and quite brilliant.
