Winemaker Notes

The 2020 Pinot Noir is from 4 types of Burgundy clones hand harvested at 20-22 points of sugar.  It was fermented in 1000-liter large open casks.  One-month skin contact, after pressing aged for 10 months in 228-500-liter new oak.

No fining or filtration.

Tasting Notes

Mid ruby, the bouquet shows intense cherry and raspberry fruits along with hints of violets and thyme. The palate combines intense fruitiness with balanced and silky tannins and a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
