Winemaker Notes

The 2019 Pinot Noir is from 3 types of Burgundy clones hand harvested at 21-22 points of sugar.  It was fermented in 1000-liter large open casks.  One-month skin contact, after pressing aged in 228-500-liter new oak.

No fining or filtration.

Tasting Notes

This dry red wine is mid-ruby in color, the bouquet shows intense cherry and raspberry fruits along with hints of violets and thyme. The palate combines intense fruitiness with balanced and silky tannins and a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
