Tasting Notes
Pálava is full of fruit, in the aroma you will find tones of lychee, overripe peaches, tea roses or grapefruit peel. The taste of the wine is full, pleasantly balanced and mineral at the end.
Excellent match to spicy dishes, white meat, desserts, and cheese, especially smoke, blue or washed rind varieties.
