Krásná hora | La Blanca

Winemaker Notes

The grapes for La Blanca were hand-harvested at 18-20 points of sugar. 40% fermented on the skins from day 10 until day 25 in big open casks. 50% was fermented in the tank and 10% was in used 500-liter barrels.  Ageing on the lees for 3 months.

Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulfites. Vegan.

Tasting Notes

This dry white wine has a slightly cloudy pale golden-yellow color. On the nose, there are floral, herbs and citrus aromas. On the palate, lemon peel is balanced by acidity and richness comes from the softest of tannins in this unique style of naturally made wine. There is a delightful contradiction here between the elegance that comes from lower alcohol and the richness that comes from fermentation on the skins.

Serve between 50-53.6°F
