Winemaker Notes

The grapes for La Blanca were hand-harvested at 18-20 points of sugar. 40% fermented on the skins from one to three weeks. 40% was fermented in the tank and 20% was in used 500-liter French oak barrels. 

Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulfites. Vegan.

Tasting Notes

Created as a bar and restaurant Cuvée, this dry white wine is fresh, smooth and drinkable. Light, very fruity (green apples, gooseberry), but with structure from the skin contact fermentation.

Serve between 50-53.6°F
