Winemaker Notes

Marl and sandstone soil.
Manual harvesting. Slow pressing before first alcoholic fermentation in vats. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Aged on laths for at least 12 months before disgorging.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow in color with fine and delicate bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, almonds and green apple.  Frank attack, fresh and floral midpalate with a soft and light finish.
